Assess – Step 1
The first step in solving any puzzle is to stop and evaluate the overall situation. TCC offers our clients a complete initial assessment comprised of a brief interview and questionnaire designed to summarize all of their technology needs. By assessing what our clients currently utilize, and will need in the future, we are able to customize our solution to fit their needs. Design – Step 2
With our expert team of engineers, consultants and technology partners, we custom design a plan to meet their requirements as defined in the assessment. TCC realizes that each client has unique needs. By tailoring our solutions to fit those needs, we are able to offer our clients assurance that our solution will solve their individual technology challenges. |

Implement – Step 3
Networking, databases, hardware, software and other forms of technology require expert installation and setup. TCC employs a staff of highly-trained experts. Not only does TCC utilize Microsoft, Cisco and UNIX certified employees, but we offer experts with CISSIP, MBA and CCNA qualifications as well. These experts are all focused on implementing, installing and setting up the hardware and software involved in each of our client’s solutions. |

Integrate – Step 4
After the hardware and software are installed and running smoothly, TCC comes in to fully integrate our solution to your business environment. We know that a solution is only effective if it solves the puzzle for which it was designed. TCC makes every effort to fully integrate our clients’ staff and existing infrastructure into the solution, leading to a seamless transition from old to new. |

Maintain – Step 5
Many companies stop once they have installed their hardware and software, but at TCC we continue on with our clients to maintain the solution we have put in place. We are always available to help our clients with all of their follow-up needs.
